- Sale-priced items are final sale and non-refundable.
Size Exchanges for Sale Items
- Sale-priced items can be returned for a size exchange only if the size is available and the exchange is approved.
- Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
- For international size exchanges, buyers must pay for shipping both ways, regardless of whether the item is on sale.
Return Authorization Process
- Request a return authorization by email within 14 days of the order's delivery date.
- Once authorized, ship the item back within 5 days using a trackable courier service at your expense.
- The item(s) must not be worn, altered, or washed and must include the original tags.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Additional Terms
- We may deny any returns that do not comply with these terms.
- Returns received more than 30 days after the delivery date are non-refundable, unless delayed by the shipping company.
- We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees after more than one exchange shipment of credited merchandise.
