Terms, Returns & Privacy Policy

These terms apply to purchases made through Maurice Malone USA and related services.

Returns & Exchanges

Regular Merchandise

Regular-priced merchandise may be returned for a refund, exchange, or website credit within 14 days of delivery approval.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Returned with original tags attached

Customers must contact us for return authorization before sending merchandise back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sale & Final Sale Items

Items marked “Final Sale” are not refundable.

Sale items may be exchanged for another size when available or issued website credit.

Made-to-Order Clothing

Made-to-order clothing may be cancelled for a refund only if the cancellation request is submitted in writing by email or through the website order messaging system before production begins.

Once the garment has been cut and entered production, the order is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

When available, size exchanges or website credit may be offered at our discretion.

Denim Workshop

Denim Workshop purchases are refundable if cancelled at least 10 days before the scheduled class date.

Once a participant attends a class session, that session is considered completed and non-refundable.

Missed sessions may be rescheduled based on Maurice Malone’s availability and must be coordinated directly with us.

Full-program enrollments cancelled more than 10 days before completion of all 9 sessions will be prorated and subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, and shipping costs.

Returned items should be marked as “Return of USA Merchandise” on customs forms.

Workshop Participation & Liability

Participants in Denim Workshop understand that classes take place inside a working garment manufacturing studio using industrial sewing machines, cutting tools, irons, needles, and other equipment.

By participating, attendees accept responsibility for operating equipment safely and acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks.

Maurice Malone, MM Licensing Group, LLC., and related representatives are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from workshop participation except where required by law.

Participants understand that photos and video may be recorded during workshops for promotional, educational, documentary, or social media use by Maurice Malone and related brands.

Participants are also permitted to take photos and videos during the workshop for personal and social media use.

Privacy Policy

When you place an order, register for a workshop, or contact us, we may collect information including:

  • Payment information
  • IP address and browser information

This information is used to process orders, provide customer service, improve the website, and communicate updates.
